Installment #1 - 100 things about ME!

Many fellow bloggers have done a "100 things about me" post. That's a lot of things, and I don't want to give it all up at once (good advice from friend Dave that can be applied to many situations) Here's part #1. Enjoy!
  1. My eyesight is too poor to be corrected by LASIK.
  2. I can fit my abnormally tiny fist into my abnormally huge mouth.
  3. I had braces TWICE...one at 8 yrs old and then again at 11 yrs.
  4. More than I like to admit - I stand in front of the mirror and try to make the ugliest faces possible.
  5. When I lived in the "OC" I was in a few earthquakes.
  6. I'm obsessed/terrified of sharks. In fact - if I could be reincarnated, it would be as a Great White.
  7. When I lived in Albuquerque, NM., I saw a man die via crashing his hot air balloon into an electric line. I have since avoided those floating deathtraps!
  8. One of my greatest fears is spiders....I can barely write the word.
  9. I've played the violin since I was 6 yrs. old.
  10. I had a nose job last year.
  11. My current job position is an Account Executive/Creative Lead for our Creative Services Department.
  12. I was bucked off a horse once. Luckily I flipped in the air and landed on my side, no harm done.
  13. Before I go on any roller coaster, I have to have a good cry.
  14. If I were a bit younger/thinner - America's Next Top Model would never be the same.
  15. There's no better feeling than laughing until it hurts.
  16. On a trip to LA - I saw a naked homeless guy laying on a bench. I'll never be the same.
  17. My husband can walk better in heels than I can - don't ask, b/c I won't tell.
  18. One of my favorite past times is singing at the top of my lungs.
  19. Most of my college years were spent in blue boxers and a t-shirt. Don't worry, it wasn't as attractive as it might sound.
  20. I got drunk (by accident) on our honeymoon. Although it was hilarious while it lasted, the aftermath was so horrible, I wouldn't think of doing it again.
  21. Natural disasters have always fascinated me - someday I hope to be in one (and not get hurt or course!).
  22. When eating french fries, I have to eat them 2 at a time, and they have to be the same length. If not - the ketchup to fry ratio is all over the map.
  23. I still watch Full House....yes, yes I do.
  24. Some of you may know this - but I can get angry/annoyed at the drop of a hat. Mullets, bad drivers, long lines, McDonald's being out of chocolate ice cream, slow talkers, you name it.
  25. If I had to pick which Hero to be - it would either be Clare - the indestructible cheerleader, or Peter - who can absorb others powers (from the show 'Heroes' for those of you who are lame and not obsessed with it).
  26. Since I got sick and threw up in my 5th grade classroom, I have not touched a Cool Ranch Dorito.
  27. Once I tried on pants backwards (b/c I have no rear end), and no one could tell the difference.
  28. I keep a journal filled with just the funny things that happen to me on a daily basis.
  29. The one and only time I went skinny dipping, we were interrupted by the neighbor - I was the only one yet to jump in the pool....sigh.
  30. Being a film major, I'd like to have an intelligent answer to the question "What's your favorite movie?". But I always have to sigh and say "Zoolander".
  31. If I were on the Titanic - I would have spent less time panicking and more time constructing my own little boat out of a chest of drawers.
  32. What's the one T.V. show that makes me cry over all the others? Scrubs
  33. Until last year - I thought the chorus to the Doobie Brother's song "Listen the to the Music" was - "whooah.....what the people say". When in fact it really is "Listen to the music".
  34. I have never been able to sleep through the night without taking some sort of sleeping aid.
  35. What is Grimace? The Hamburgerler, Ronald McDonald - they sort of make sense. But what IS Grimace?
  36. I love the smell of fresh copies from the copier, gasoline, laundry and nail salons.
  37. My summer job from age 17-22 was swim team coach and lifeguard. I miss being tan.
  38. When I was 8, I met Hulk Hogan in the LAX airport. He was on my flight and offered me some of his frozen yogurt. I said, "no thank you".
  39. I am the worst liar in the world.....I hope I never commit a serious crime.
  40. Drinking Figi water (the one in the square bottle) makes me feel superior.
  41. Recently I discovered that I don't have a fear of heights - I have vertigo. I'm terrified to stand on anything that doesn't have a handle or rail. And you can forget about going down a flight of stairs without holding on to the rail.
  42. As a child I thought Dr. Seuss books were a joke - they made absolutely no sense and were therefore boring.
  43. I regret not getting to know my Grandma - Georgia Lee Doughty, more when she was alive.
  44. My biggest fear about having kids is that they will be smart-asses with a sense of entitlement. You know - the snotty disrespectful type?
  45. If I could choose any other era to live in, it would be the 40's/50's.
  46. I can't picture any TV show replacing 'Arrested Development' as my #1 - its impossible.
  47. Every time I took those 'career placement' tests in high school, the #1 occupation for me would always come out to be stewardess/flight attendant.
  48. Before I knew Santa Clause's true identity, I was insistent that we leave prune juice out for him b/c it was my favorite drink. Mom and Dad would always remind me that Diet Coke was Santa's actual beverage of choice.
  49. When I was 4 I wanted to change my name to "Melody".
  50. My favorite Halloween costume EVER was Daphne from Scoobie Doo - my sophomore year of college.
