Its happening. In-N-Out is coming to Utah. Why? Because of this. Bottom line - if you try to copy a beloved American burger joint, they will retaliate 10 fold (by building 4 restaurants in a matter of months). And I imagine, you will be screwed. Screwed. I can't blame Chadder's, cause if In-N-Out won't come to you, just make your own, right? But I can't blame In-N-Out, cause who the hell does that to In-N-Out? We're In-N-Out. Didn't you know?

I have to say, I'm a little disappointed. In-N-Out used to be a family owned, non franchised restaurant that expanded slowly and carefully. It was a rare treat to be enjoyed only when in So. Cal - its no round the corner McDonald's or Wendy's. It seems they've hopped on the sell out train. Will I eat there? Of course. Will it be as good as it is after a day at the beach......probably not.
